Make a Gift, Planned Giving & Financial Aid Endowment
Tuition and fees cover only a part of the cost of educating a child at Pilot. Maintaining a qualified faculty and facilities requires ongoing fund raising efforts.
Advancement efforts at The Pilot School are handled by the Development Office which oversees all fund raising and development activities including the Annual Fund, capital campaigns, special events, and constituent relations such as alumni development, and parent and grandparent alumni.
Annual Fund: The Annual Fund represents contributions that are allocated to the operating budget of the school.
Capital Campaigns: Funds from this brand new campaign will be used to construct a new school building. Capital campaigns also encompass corporate solicitations and a planned giving component.
Special Events: The Development Office works closely with the Home and School Association to promote several fund raising events such as Family Fun Night and the Annual Mary Kay Carpenter Golf Tournament.
