The Latest News & Links From Pilot
Welcome to our new faculty members!
Mrs. Sandy Ebbott
Speech and language, and special education are Mrs. Ebbott's undergraduate and graduate degrees respectively. A long time, highly valued substitute teacher here, Mrs. Ebbott is also the founder and former director of City Gates Academy for home schoolers. We are thrilled to have her talents as a full time language arts teacher in the Upper Division.
Mrs. Beth Wallace
Elementary education with years of additional training in reading has been Mrs. Wallace's emphasis. With many years of experience in the public school system, we hope she has found a permanent home at Pilot. There are many children who will benefit from her expertise. Just wait until you hear her sing.
Mr. Michael Richards
Mr. Richard's past has come full circle from ten years ago when he was a music therapy intern at Pilot for a semester. He brings multi-faceted skills as both a licensed counselor and a certified music therapist, and worked at Green Tree School in Philadelphia. Technology is another major area of strength and interest.
Mrs. Gail Harrington
We are happy that Mrs. Harrington submitted her qualifications as an adaptive physical education teacher. Her years of experience teaching young children with physical needs will benefit our children who need her skills and compassion. Mrs. Harrington will work with individuals and smaller groups of students to improve physical and perceptual motor skills in partnership with OT, PT and physical education.
