Individualized Instruction For Every Child
Through close connection with each student, our teachers are constantly observing, encouraging, teaching, stimulating, and evaluating. At Pilot, teachers get as much reward from teaching as students do from learning by directly interacting with each child. To help the children learn, grow, meet their challenges, and exceed expectations, Pilot teachers are dedicated and focused, day after day, year after year.
Our teachers' qualifications are impressive. Many have completed extensive postgraduate work. All participate in frequent in-service training and continuing education seminars.
There are 25 classroom teachers instructing individuals or small groups
in building basic academic skills, independence and problem solving.
